Could it be that almost every woman has experienced some form of an eating disorder? I know the term "eating disorder" may sound scary for some, but we shouldn't let this scare us. The actual definition is "having any range of psychological disorders characterized by abnormal or disturbed eating habits", so it encompasses many things. In this episode, I dive into what inspired me to talk about this topic and share my thoughts on how common it is for women to have an unhealthy relationship with food. I feel so deeply about bringing to light the struggles that many of us have to face each day. We don't have to pretend like everything is okay anymore! It's time to heal, learn, and grow together. ♥️
