Not everything that happens to us is good, but nothing happens outside of God’s ability to use it for our good and His glory. Scripture reminds us that God often works in ways we don’t immediately understand. Like Joseph, the blind man, and Lazarus, we are tempted to look for someone to blame when God is actually inviting us to believe. Problems are not always punishment. Sometimes they are platforms where God reveals His power, promises, and purpose. And when God seems delayed, He is not absent or canceling His plan. God’s delays are calibrations, aligning hearts, timing, and outcomes for something greater than we can see in the moment.
