Does it Conflict or Coexist?

Hello, It’s May!

Thank you to all the new and returning subscribers. If you haven’t hit up some stars for us on Spotify, would you do so now? 🔗 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It is tremendously helpful. Thanks!

If you are new here, welcome, welcome & take a look around. This podcast is here to lift up your eyes and your mind to start your week off tending to your inner flame — illuminating the best week possible. The FDA won’t let us make any claims of efficacy, but we do know we are what we eat & intake and we are all about the highest vibes possible here. Even when it’s hard, while still being authentic. Feel the feels. Move the body. Take in some light and live.

If you have not filled out our welcome note yet, would you? It only takes a moment:

A big thank you to all of you choosing to be here and choosing to live the examined life.

In this week’s podcast I am ASKING you a question and we are spending May cultivating our relationship and conversation with Nature.

Why?

Because the more uncertain the world, the more solace we gather from the long living truths around us. Fades and fears come and go, but what we access from direct experience, from real felt living, whether the laugh of a friend, or the smell of lavender, can never be taken away.

Wait til next week when I tell you about getting reprimanded by Nettle. It was great, and I was left unstung.

Enjoy your week & the podcast and I will see you back here very soon.

They clamour and fight, they doubt and despair, they know no endto their wrangling.Let your life come amongst them like a flame of light, mychild, unflickering and pure, and delight them into silence.
