Suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death amongst gen z. 7 out of 10 gen zers were most likely to report common symptoms of depression. In this episode I will talk about “what is depression?”; “post-graduation depression and anxiety”; and “my journey with depression”. It’s time that we as a community openly talk about our mental health with family and friends.
