Following the recent publishing of a satirical piece on The Straits Times that has faced some backlash online, we have been forced to think about what went wrong with the piece, and about satire as a writing style. While many can definitely appreciate satire, some might question whether or not it belongs on a traditional media platform such as Mediacorp. Listen as we share our thoughts on the issue, and how we feel satire can be integrated into traditional media better moving forward.
