Social media has become one of the most powerful tools of our time, offering unprecedented opportunities for connection while also posing significant risks of distraction. On one hand, it allows people to stay in touch with friends and family, build communities around shared interests, and access information instantly. On the other hand, the constant stream of notifications, endless scrolling, and pressure to present a curated life can easily pull us away from meaningful relationships, productivity, and even our mental health.
