In this episode I talk about my draining weekend and ways I’ve been learning to cope with feeling better and getting through it. I then try to answer the title of this episode, does social media mask our pain? I tell about my upbringing with social media as a teen and how it’s shaped me now and most recently with the events this year. How I tend to rely on it and how it can be this addicting crutch. I give the benefits and negative views on it and read from one of my articles on how I used social media to pretend I was happy when in reality I was going through the worst depression of my life.
