I loved hearing what Ella had to say (10-year-old girl I nanny) so I had to bring her back for more. You know what grinds her gears in school? The dress code. How on Earth are we still stuck in a system which pushes appearance over productive education...ugh. Good thing we have someone like Ella on our side- the next generation of Womxn Warriors- and they're watching us.
