4 hours of screen time per day can lead you to feel anxious and depressed according to new data from the CDC. Half of teens spend at least 4 hours or  Dave took a walk around the newsroom to compare how much time colleagues thought they were spending on their phone to how much time they actually spent. KSL NewsRadio Producer Caitlyn Johnston, joins the show to share tips that have worked for her to reduce her screen time.
