Tom holds a BS in History and an MS in Management from Excelsior College in Albany, NY. He also earned his Associate in Risk Management (ARM) credential from The Institutes and an Accredited Claims Adjuster designation from the University of Central Florida. Before entering the insurance sector, Tom served as a medic in public, private, and fire EMS, holding multiple certifications in emergency medical services, public safety, and investigations. He's also a graduate of the National Fire Academy in Emmitsburg, MD.&nbsp;
