Doing Less with Roshida Dowe

Listen Later

Today's guest episode features Roshida Dowe who will be answering the question, "what is one thing you wish you had stopped doing sooner in your business (and why)?"

Shida D, is a passionate proponent of career breaks, sabbaticals, and grown-up gap years. Back in the day, she used to be a lawyer. She practiced for about a decade before she realized that she wasn’t in love with the life she had built. She was stressed, tired, and burned out. She knew she needed to make a change and she took the leap and decided to travel the world for a year. Shida quickly realized she wanted other women to experience the freedom she found on her career break, so she started coaching women looking to leave burnout behind on how to plan satisfying and sustainable breaks from their careers.
