Author Deborah Meredith joins Paul to talk about how her life experiences have shaped her outlook, and also her writing. Deborah has experienced the contrasts of life - both the highs and lows - discovering that sometimes the strongest resilience is found when we’re at our lowest ebb.

For Deborah, mastering life is all about taking control of one’s own experiences, and using the lessons learned along the way to create her own blockbuster life.

ABOUT THE GUEST: 

Deborah Meredith was the owner and Managing Director of a UK industry-leading business, recognized by Insider Magazine as one of South Wales’ “Top 20 Entrepreneurs To Watch”.

She had a happy marriage, a new-born son and lived in a lovely home in a sought-after area – life was good.  At least, it was until the business became insolvent, her marriage collapsed and she lost custody of her son; became personally bankrupt and realised she was stuck in a cycle of abusive relationships and self-sabotage behaviour!

She went through a number of years of hell whilst trying to work out what had happened and how on earth to get out the mess she was in and start living again.

That’s when her mantra ‘Whatever It Takes’ came to the fore and it’s how she created her Lights, Camera, Action and Step Into YOUR Spotlight programmes.

Knowing that she wanted to change and needed to change, she decided to do something about it – she re-wrote her script.
