On this week episode, I am joined by the remarkable Tom Kent, the owner and creator of the an APP called Roy: An app that provides a safe space for those in need to reach out. 

It provides help to people who are suffering with mental health issues, to communicate and share experiences, anonymously.

Through his own experiences of Bullying, Blackmailing and Domestic Abuse, he has now come out the other side and wants to share his story positivity and the reason behind creating the APP.
