In this episode of the Same Business Different Day podcast, Dominic Burtech teaches us how to use a "simplistic" mindset to build greatness.  While many entrepreneurs that start with little or nothing ultimately effect their employees with their survival mindset, Dominic has adopted a different approach.  His open door/ "let's learn together" policy has afforded him the opportunity to own multiple businesses locally.  Although he's working underground at times, he doesn't belong under your radar.  He has an enviable familial approach, but he also takes challenges seriously.  Those who say that he can't, don't know Dominic.  We are glad to have been joined by the unique and thoughtful Dominic Burtech.
