When I hear ‘Equality, Diversity and Inclusion’ my immediate reaction is a defensive pose wondering what I’ve done wrong. I was so sick of this defensive reaction that I wanted to start a journey of learning but did not know how to start, so we looked for an expert to help me on my way.  

In this episode we meet Dominic Gaobepe, MD of Cohesion Collective, (or Coco for short) specialising in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion training, Assessment and Advisory.  

Dominic is a multidisciplinary entrepreneur who specialises in change – in people, in teams and in companies.   

This discussion meanders down many roads, some which made me uncomfortable, but Dominic’s gentle way of guiding me left me feeling energised for where we are and where we can go in our country and world. 

“Humans are always themselves, even at work…” says Dominic, and we need to embrace that.
