How has COVID shaped the way organizations approach leadership? For 21 years, Don has led several nonprofit initiatives, teams, program operations, strategic planning, and much more. He has worked with organizations like the American Red Cross, the Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit and Washington, and the center for Workforce Inclusion. Don is the current co-founder and CEO of the Initiative Baltimore, a professional leadership consultant, and the host of the leadership and Professional Development podcast with Don Gatewood.
