Nine-year-old Carson Boutte had an unusual request. He asked his mom to take the $100 she was going to spend on his birthday and use it to help flood victims in southern Louisiana. He said, “We’re going to give them lunch so they don’t have to stop what they’re doing. We’re going to deliver pizzas to neighborhoods that have flooded.”
