US President Donald Trump's 25 percent tariffs on Canada and Mexico have come into effect. Washington has also imposed an additional ten percent taxes of Chinese exports. Canada says it will hit back at the US with 25 percent tariffs of it's own, also coming into effect on Tuesday. China has responded to the tariffs placed on it by Washington with duties on US goods such as soybeans, wheat, corn and cotton.
