Donna Carlson has worked in customer relationship strategy and marketing for multinational corporations and boutique agencies since 1989. She studied for a Master of Arts in Global Leadership to cultivate a whole-life leadership program for women that she started teaching in 2018, after three years as a Strategic Business Partner for the Center for Creative Leadership in Colorado Springs.
To test her customer relationship strategy in a real-world scenario, she took a chief executive role in 2020 starting a new Chamber of Commerce in Estes Park, tripling membership in two years, then exporting that member development process to Colorado Springs in 2022. She currently coaches on customer relationship strategy and brokers wellness services for workplace programs.
