Besides keeping an active teaching and performing schedule in the DC area, Donnie Johns also coordinates both the DMV percussion and music academy. We initially reached out to Donnie to talk about a short, yet very concise, article he wrote for PAS last Fall titled "The Percussionist as Entrepreneur".
