Living the Code of The West brings old West history to life through calm, first-person oral narrative by Dennis Galloway as the character Jacob L Tanner, an older cowboy, ranch owner of the 1870's. Rather than focusing on legends or gunfights, the program explores the everyday realities of cowboy life. Codes of grit, endurance, moral restraint, and the quiet decisions that shaped frontier communities, or just plain wisdom spoken as truth .These codes are directly applicable to challenges faced today. These codes give a person a standard to live by and improve their lives for the better.
