So, I am sorry (not really) for the offensive language, but I needed to get your attention.  There is no excuse for not staying fit and healthy.  Your life depends on it.  Your ability to be a savage and a protector depends on it.  Your ability to do your job effectively depends on it.  EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON IT!

In this episode I break down the four component of a proper fitness routine: nutrition, cardiovascular training, resistance training, and flexibility/range-of-motion.
