We live in an interesting time right now – it’s quite polarizing.  We have the extreme right and extreme left. People are always arguing and we seem like a country or sometimes the world divided while…simultaneously there’s been a huge shift to spirituality and self-help.  I mean everywhere you look - people are trying to better themselves. But we have to be careful to make sure we don't become Spiritual Bangers and understand that sometimes it's okay to say  “oh man, sorry, that sucks.”
