I have dealt with and worked with a lot of account/business development managers however I can only remember a handful and I was trying to work out why. It then dawned on me it was down to two reasons.

  1. Their relationship was more personal than transactional.
  2. They did whatever they could to make my job easier.

I am dedicating this podcast to some of the awesome account managers I have met and also the tips, tricks and personal traits they have used to make them the first person I would call.
