In one of the biggest "You've Got To Be Kidding Me" moments in all the Bible, an angel tells Joseph, "Don't be afraid." This was after informing him that his fiancee was pregnant, the child wasn't his, and that the child was, in fact, fathered by God himself. This story illustrates that God often allows us to be in uncomfortable or distressing circumstances, but assures us that He is in control, so we never have to fear.
