We've gotten soft. The way the world works these days is crippling our ability to do hard things. In this episode, I'm sharing why failure is actually a good thing, why it's important to challenge ourselves, and how safely putting our body through discomfort makes us more equipped to do everything we need to in life. Whether it's putting yourself through a hard workout in the gym, or doing a cold plunge, doing something challenging will improve your health in every way! Plus, being willing to be new at something, and likely fail at it a time or two, is the only way to eventually master it! Tune it for why you should celebrate failure, rather than fear it.
