Today we are beginning a conversation on race and racism. We need to have an open and honest conversation as we see once again a bubbling up of anger and outrage at the injustice. We want to explore together the issues that are underlying and how we can be a part of the solution and no longer being silent. We can't stay in ignorance but learn why people are so angry. We want to learn what we don't know.
