Guest Bio - Austin Jochum is a former college football player and the owner of Jochum Strength Training. He believes that every person has the ability to change their life for the better, both physically and mentally. Everyone experiences valleys and the mountains in their life, and as a Certified Strength Coach, (CSCA) he helps people of all ages bring their lives out of these valleys to accept the challenge and climb their mountains. Through both in person and online training and life coaching, he helps people become the best versions of themselves and optimize their potential.
