On a positive note the city of Chicago completely adopted out all shelter animals! WOW! Oklahoma City is following their game. With slick marketing and retargeting their market they have been able to capture a whole new audience of people. Don't be in the dog house alone, go adopt a puppy(or cat, or bird or tiger) and get you some quarantine and cuddles!
