To be offended means to give up, lose focus, stumble, or fall. We hardly ever give Jesus enough time, we want Him to answer us fast, right now, and if He doesn't, we will turn to someone or something else, yet we want God to have patience with us and wait for us even when we don't wait for him. Jesus said blessed is the man that's not offended in me. Don't be offended because Jesus does things the way he does something, everything Jesus does is perfect and true, and it's for our good.
