There's a lot of SAD people right now. The holidays are tough on a lot of people. If you’re having a fairly calm, normal holiday time – count your blessings – really. There are so many that are struggling.
Some people are just SAD, and don’t know why? Is that you? SAD can also stand for – Seasonal Affective Disorder. One of the first best ways to deal with it is to talk about it. If you're feeling sad and overwhelmed, talk to someone. Talking is a great place to start the healing.
