It’s been a long break from podcasting but I’m back and I can’t wait to share what has happened since last time you heard me.

I talk about my not so successful love life.

I talk about the relationship I have with my coming out experience and how in comparison it to my cousins it hurts me.

Mental health matters so much in having a healthy physical self as well. I talk about how I managed to have a gym routine and be consistent not by doing physical things like setting timers but something deeper more spiritual,

I give an update on the situation with my dad and why I’m not talking to him.

I feel like sometimes I’m punished for trying my best even though that’s what people say they want from you it doesn’t feel true.
