Lesson 226: Don't Fear Change

Change is constant. As long as you are alive, things will change so even though change is scary we should get used to the fact that change will always happen. This means learning to let go of the fear of change. Yes, change is scary but it will always happen so once that fear creeps up, take a step back, breathe and tell yourself you will adapt to the change. One more thing, you don't know, you might just enjoy the things the change brings.
