"What do I need to do to belong here?"

The answer to that question shapes everything.

If fear is rewarded, fear spreads.
If cynicism is celebrated, cynicism grows.
If kindness is normalized, kindness becomes contagious.

The good news?

Culture doesn't change because a majority decides to change. It changes when a small group of people consistently creates something different.
