Richard has served as a senior-pastor in Oregon, California and Washington. Since retiring in 2013, they have done guest speaking and fill-in pastoral ministry. Richard currently serves as an Elder of the Northwest Ministry Network.

Richard will be serving as our Interim Speaker while we are in Pastoral Transistion.
