When was the last time that you checked in with yourself? Living in a state of uneasiness with bottled up emotions isn’t any way for us to live - get curious about what’s going on and check in with yourself. 

 

In this episode, the Fab 5 is talking about the importance of checking in with yourself. Think back on times in your life when you felt uneasy emotions surrounding a situation or relationship, did you remember to check in with yourself? Too often we push our feelings down and distract ourselves from whatever may be building the negative emotions up.
