Meet Samantha Cormier (ig: @samantha__cormier)! She is a mesmerizing actor and one of the brightest shining, positive souls I have ever met. Sammie's precious, sunny perspective has grown out of the soil of suffering along with her strong will for hope and healing. In this episode, we talk about our relationships with grief, suicide, empathy, extreme emotions, trauma and anxiety. Sammie is an encouraging, genuine example of how an affirming perspective on life allows you to be refined by the fires you've been through rather than burned for good.
