You don’t need me to tell you—raising a teen is hard work. And if you’ve tried to cope with it all alone, you’ll know that it leaves you feeling exhausted, and isolated.

Believe me, you’re not the only one suffering! There are parents all around you—in your church, in your office, in your social circles—that are struggling through some of the same problems as you. But you’d never know unless you ask!

Galatians 6:2 says, “Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” So, surround yourself with a group of parents who can give you support when you need it. You’ll be surprised how you can lift them up, as well!
