Ever get frustrated when technology just doesn’t work? Sometimes, all it takes is closing an extra window to fix the problem. Our bodies work the same way—they send us signals when something’s off, but we often ignore them.


In this OMAT session, we explore how listening to our “error messages”—headaches, fatigue, mental fog—can help us avoid burnout and stay in tune with our well-being. Through guided exercises—gratitude, meditation, writing, stretching, and movement—we practice small but powerful resets.
