In this episode, I explore the connection between truth-telling and freedom, sharing a bit of my own journey and how honesty has become my pathway to liberation.

Want to go deeper? Learn how using a pendulum can help you uncover where you might be being dishonest with yourself. Check out my pendulum episode or find the blog post at: closertowhole.com/how-to-use-a-pendulum
Remember: Truth-telling isn't about being perfect or having all the answers. It's about getting curious about where you might be hiding from yourself and gently bringing those hidden parts into the light. Your lies aren't your enemy—they're often trying to protect you—but they've outlived their usefulness. Freedom is waiting on the other side of your honesty. It might feel scary at first, but it's the most direct path to the life you actually want to be living.
