If you want to be sharp and use logic, then do your research, work on making an articulate case, and reference your facts.  With that you can proceed with hope, optimism, and confidence!  We all have something important to contribute on this planet!

<p>Does it make sense living in fear? For example, we only have 12 years left, before climate apocalypse if we don't act now? Do you agree?  Are you scared? If you are scared, what does it feel like in your gut?  Is that feeling good for you?  Let's dig into this deeper. How long is your list of fears? If it is very short, you have to be an extraordinarily happy person!  If your list is long, are you feeling sad and depressed? When we listen to the media what do we hear?  The media believes fear sells! My podcast is my belief people want to find hope...for themselves, for their kids, and for their friends.  Why wouldn't they?  Why wouldn't you?  How do we find hope? I will give part of the answer now.  Fear is an irrational feeling.  Hope is a rational choice.  In order to go from fear to hope requires a change...a change in your beliefs.  And the person to start with is you.  Does this make sense?</p>
