You are in charge of your mind and your body. I want to show you how to close the door and take control of you. Who is in charge of your home? Do you keep the door unlocked and open during the night? No. You want to control who comes and goes. It's your house. Who decided the temperature of you house. You do, not the neighbors. The same is true with your body. Who do you submit your body to.
