In this episode I make a reference to a metaphor that is seemingly well known. Where there’s a boat and the only way it sinks is if it lets water into it. Same could be said with negativity and if we allow it into our minds to affect our moods or mindset. Along with a quote I heard earlier on this week. Which was “The greatest weapon anyone can use against us is our minds”. Which is super true only if we let them. Which inspired me to create this episode.
