Most days fear is right out there for people to see, instead of trying to build up courage to face the fear we try and hide what we are scared of and just hiding away the fears

Your fear will then jump back out at you when you don't want it to, like those stupid old jack in the box. When you begin to face your fear and build the courage to get over it, you will them be triumphant and can move forward past it.
I realized that to be more alive I had to be less afraid. So I did it. I lost my fear and gained my whole life.

So lets do that, yesterday's fears are gone, you are now going to build your courage and get thought today
