At this point, we have thousands of hours of content on YouTube or Instagram or LinkedIn or iTunes and Spotify, or everywhere else on social right now.

But I'm want to go back to one tried and true statement that I've made since day one. And it's been a theme, throughout all the companies that I've built.

In fact, we can peel back hundreds of millions of dollars from now all the way back to when I started saying this. And it's something that I've been instilling in every C level player and every leader inside of our organizations.

And that's: The people who are changing the world are not usually the ones who are reading all the books, and I realize that every time I say this, I get a lot of flak in the comments, and with emails coming into my office…
