After discovering a planet killing comet is on a collision course with earth, Dr. Randel Mindy and his assistant Kate Dibiasky embark on a crusade to save the world. After failing to impress a megalomaniac occupying the White House, the team leaks the information and starts a campaign to save earth from itself. It’s a battle against the government, corporations bent on exploiting the disaster and at times their own egos… but most importantly is a battle against time.
