I can’t say I’d ever noticed before, but the temptation of Jesus occurs immediately after His baptism. Right after God declares that He is perfectly pleased with His Son, the Spirit of God leads Jesus into the wilderness into the clutches of Satan. There are lessons there for us that I tried to bring out this week. Here’s a clip that provides one. Hope it’s a blessing!
