This is what I learned from a typical visit to a local gas station.

I always try to understand how each business I encounter works. 

I pay close attention, trying to sharpen my "marketing senses"!

So, the other day, I passed by the local gas station before leaving town for a meeting. 

And I had a really pleasant experience. (And a valuable lesson!)
