President Cyril Ramaphosa has urged South Africans not to panic as the country registers its first confirmed case of the deadly coronavirus. The patient is a 38-year-old man in KwaZulu Natal who travelled to Italy with his wife. They were part of a group of ten people who arrived back in South Africa on the first of March. The other travellers are now being traced. Ramaphosa briefed the media at the Waterkloof Airforce Base in Pretoria and says the World Health Organisation has been informed of the situation..
