Friends are difficult to make and maintain. We discuss the topic of friends and how to respond when they don’t do the best actions. As one of my steady listeners, he also gives his take on my podcast style. So, hopefully it fits his happy standard?
Have you heard of Looks Maxxing? Well I sure haven’t… but luckily my guest and I discuss what it is and how it is impacting teenagers (who might be closer than you think). There are some unbelievably intense stories and at the core of it all is this culture to be pretty.
There are so many interesting things to do in the world! Today’s guest struggles with how to split his time and do everything! Not only that, but he doesn’t feel like he’s the best at talking… Listen and learn about my guest today hopefully showing you that whatever you are going through, you aren’t alone.

From throwing up, cutting, bulking, and not being able to move his neck for a period of time my friend has done it all! Wrestling truly puts the body and the mind through the ringer. Despite this, he still enjoys computer science, which begs the question: what is in store for his future?
In this ever performative world, this week’s episode is about how there is a pressure to always be better or cooler. Even causing the change in who we are and our identities. But there are many lessons to be learned, from our longtime friends and even new ones as well!
btw: sound warning bc this was recorded at school for the first time
Boys… boys….boys
